 sloop, short fin keel, built 1994, lying in Greece, 1 hour from Athens airport in the most attractive area of the Mediterranean sea, close to Italy, Croatia, Turkey,... Constantly upgraded, now includes a 160Ah Lithium battery (+105 Ah start battery) giving 7 days autonomy in the summer when the fridge is hard working.

 

She is in very good condition, on the ground as each winter,  engine, thru hulls... have been maintained. But she could sail within 2 days; the time to paint the bottom, to polish her (done usually by the yard at very good price) and to de-winterize her. The wind aerial has been damaged by a tree branch and the Wind and Speed instruments should be replaced, but all other instruments and Pilot are working fine. No other work is required. Previously equipped with a water maker and a power generator but the thru hulls and the connections are still there for future use.

 

The family managing the yard is very helpful, they call specialists to work on very short notice, at reasonable price. All parts can be obtained within 24H from Athens where there is a big harbour, many marinas and shipchandlers. 

 

NAUTICAT is well known for building confortable and safe boats: spacious pilothouse, a master cabin aft with toilet and shower, a fore ship cabin with 3 berths and another bathroom and a large galley, 400l water + hot water, 350l fuel and big storage. Big inventory is included: tools, parts, kitchen, bed appliances, HP printer. Adapted to the med heath: sun awnings, mesh/covers for all windows, 6 fans. Not smoking. 

 

SHORT STORY

We bought her in 2011 in Marmaris, Turkey. We sailed with our 2 children the southern and western Turkish coast, heading to the Aegean Sea where we sailed 2 months a year. Reason for sale: our children grew up and prefer now teenagers activities.
